 ~PRINTING~

At Phoenix, our pride lies in our ability to tackle tough graphics, while also exceeding client expectations.  Operating in a clean, climate-
controlled environment, the culture of our shop emphasizes an exceptionally high attention to detail and demands rigid quality standards.
Accuracy, color control, and constant inspection of the product as it comes off the printing press ensures that the highest quality of
screen printed parts will ship to our clients.

~FINISHING~

Upon completion of printing, there are a variety of processes that may need to be performed before a project is finalized and ready for shipment.

We house a multitude of adhesive that may be laminated or die cut and hand applied.

In house embossing of graphics and keys. Can also administer a tactile emboss to the keys of a membrane switch.

Chemical resistant materials are used as well as moisture protection applied.

Die-cut to fit exact dimensions required.

Parts can be manufactured up to 28″ x 41″.

On some projects, we may populate membrane switches with metal snap domes of various sizes and trip forces, as well as populate with LED.

Precision cut durable transfer lettering and logos.

Parts are die-cut to close tolerance, and inspected to ensure that they meet the standards specified by the client.

All membrane switches are tested and carefully packaged before they leave the building.

Finally, all parts are individually inspected, to ensure that everything that ships is to the clients’ specifications.
